The Orlando International Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facility is an expansion of the existing on-site rental car operations as well as three additional off-site rental car agencies. A new operational model was developed and the expansion increased to allow a 30% increase of rental car agencies and associated fleets. Additionally, the existing QTA was redesigned to expand and improve operational efficiencies. Through the new design, the ready/return capacity increased by over 400 cars and the existing QTA capacity increased with the addition of B-Side facilities and all new A-Side facilities.
